Clowns & Scouts     On November 17, 2009, Obie(Dennis Ober) and friends Deb Redcay(BB) & Earl Hoshour(Sneakers) had a Make-a-Wish Clown Make-up for Girl Scouts of Penn Manor Jr. Troop 1433. After a 2 hour class this is what they looked like the first time. They are working on their Bronze Award. Besides learning make-up they will also make their own outfits by sewing them too. Then next Mothers Day Convoy (2010) they will come to the grounds to walk around and entertain the wish kids and families.
