What started in 1990 with a simple wish of a brother and sister wanting to ride in a big truck and talk on the CB radio has become an annual event. An abundance of truck drivers wanted to be involved so our volunteers thought that additional wish children should enjoy the adventure. Forty-three trucks later that wish came true and our convoy was born!

In 2003 our Convoy set the Guinness World Record for the "The Worlds Longest Truck Convoy" with 288 trucks and the very next year we broke our own record with 391 trucks!

Today 350-450 trucks come together to support Make-A-Wish. For many it's a tradition. For others a passion. Carrying the most precious cargo of all - our wish kids - most drivers form a bond with the children that lasts a lifetime.
